It was founded by Chinazom Arinze in 2017. Their vision is to revolutionize the mobility industry in Africa and empower people to move freely and comfortably while fostering economic development and sustainability.
They are involved in peer-to-peer rentals, helping vehicle owners save and earn money through their vehicles, boat rentals and private jet rentals.
They offer vehicle rentals across three categories: cars, boats and jets, and a car-sharing platform at affordable prices. Their user-friendly platform makes it easy for travellers to find the perfect car and for car owners to monetize their vehicles. They have over 3000 rentals completed with over 100 cars and 1000 active users.
Autogirl prioritizes the safety and security of its customers. All their vehicles are equipped with trackers and are well-maintained. In addition, each rental comes with a dedicated driver, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable journey for the customers.
In an interview with Nairametrics, Chinazom Arinze says she aims for the company to become the Airbnb of car rentals in Africa and worldwide.
