Startup Spotlight: MoneyAfrica

Money Africa, founded in 2018 by Oluwatosin Olaseinde, is a subscription-based financial edtech platform. It is a financial literacy company that teaches you everything you need to know about money. The platform is built just for people and covers everything from treasury bills to currency risk, investing in local and foreign stock, government bonds, asset allocation, agric tech, etc. Its mission is straightforward: to guide individuals on how to grow and make money sustainably. 

In 2022, Money Africa partnered with Ingressive for Good to boost financial awareness among African women. They successfully trained over 10,000 women in investing and financial planning. Their latest venture, MoneyAfrica Kids, is designed for children aged 7 to 18. It is designed to teach kids about saving, budgeting, and making wise financial choices.
