Woman in Tech For The Week: Eunice Azu

Eunice Azu is a Customer Success Associate at Caret, where she works in partnership with Paystack to support businesses and customers across Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya. In her role, she ensures a smooth user experience, resolves complex issues and improves processes to maintain a service excellence rating of over 90%.

Eunice supports over 2 million Paystack businesses and customers by sorting out high-level support issues and optimising workflows for efficiency. She actively engages with stakeholders to build strong relationships that drive value while training and supporting customer service agents to make sure they deliver outstanding service. 

In addition to this, she co-creates support playbooks that improve efficiency and increase user satisfaction. She does all this while helping businesses grow by providing proactive support that boosts customer retention and long-term success.

Beyond her work at Caret, Eunice is passionate about building communities and empowering people. She is the Community and Programs Lead at Customer Success Africa, where she has grown the network to over 4,000 Customer Success professionals in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya, which led to a 200% increase in just 18 months. Through masterclasses, mentorship, and industry conversations, she creates opportunities for learning and career growth, she also fosters a culture of continuous development in the customer success field.
