Imelda Usoro Olaoye is a real estate and marketing consultant, a business growth advocate, and a passionate supporter of women entrepreneurs. As the founder of Business Women Hub, she is dedicated to helping women-owned businesses flourish, especially within their first five years. Her commitment to societal impact drives her mission to empower the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
She is also the founder of Thinkmint Nigeria and Europe, a real estate marketing firm that connects Nigerians in the diaspora with top real estate opportunities at home and abroad. Through innovative marketing strategies and sales excellence, Imelda has played a key role in expanding the real estate market.
Before establishing her companies, she was the real estate transactions lead at PropertyPro.ng and a member of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. She began her real estate career at Clarions UK after gaining experience in the banking and pharmaceutical industries.
As a University of Port Harcourt graduate, Imelda has further honed her expertise in digital marketing, PR, and business management at Edinburgh Business School. Her outstanding contributions to real estate and business development were recently recognised when she received the prestigious T.I.M.E. Special Recognition Award at the 2024 T.I.M.E. Conference and Awards.
Beyond real estate, Imelda is also the founder of 1303 DSylva Events, showcasing her versatility in business. She continues to inspire and lead in the business world, making a lasting impact through her expertise, mentorship, and philanthropy.
